Being Transgender in Carroll County and Maryland

Maryland is considered a (relatively) “trans-supportive” state .

However, there is a BIG difference between “support” and “equality”, and in some parts of the state, even support is not a given.

Join us for a panel discussion with local trans folk, who will describe their experiences and challenges. It’s a chance to ask questions and talk about what needs to be done before our trans and non-binary neighbors can feel they are truly “equal” citizens.

Note: In our March Community Meeting, we will have a workshop where we can TAKE ACTION on a local level!
