JOIN Us for the

Westminster Holiday Electric PArade

PFLAG Westminster Carroll County will again be participating in the annual Westminster Holiday Electric Parade on Saturday, November 25, 2023.

And this year we will have a float!!

We’d LOVE to have you march/ride with us in the parade and help decorate the float.

Here is the schedule for the day:

12 Noon - Meet us at St Paul’s to help decorate our float

2:30 PM - Float will be transported to McDaniel College

3:30-4:15 PM - If you’d like to march or ride with us, meet us at Mc Daniel College. Click here for the map. Note that Pennsylvania Avenue will close at 1:30 PM and all other roads will close at 4:30 PM.

5 PM - Parade starts. It will proceed down Pennsylvania Avenue and on to Main St. It will end at on North Center Street across from the Carroll County Office Building.
