Creating A Safe and Secure Family Environment in Our Community
Are you interested in connecting with our community and creating a culture of safety and security for all of Maryland's youth, especially our Carroll County youth?
Join us for a discussion with Carrol County Youth Services Bureau (CCYSB) and Hearts & Homes for Youth as they explain how their services work to create a safe and secure environment for our youth.
Rebecca Williamson (from the CCYSB) will focus on Family Preservation and Suicide Prevention, as well as the many other community-based mental health and substance use services provided by the CCYSB.
Annie Brandicourt (Foster Parent Recruiter) will speak on becoming a foster parent or helping to recruit other people (especially folks from the LGBTQ+ community) as a great step in being part of the solution for creating a culture of safety and security.
There will be plenty of time for questions to these two presenters who will share very important and necessary services for our LGBTQ+ community.
