Westminster Fall Fest PArade

PFLAG Westminster Carroll County will again be participating in the annual Westminster Fall Fest Parade on Thursday, September 26.

We’d LOVE to have you march with us in the parade.

5:30-6:30 PM - If you’d like to march with us, meet us on Monroe Street. Our spot is #63. Please bring positive signs and banners!

7 PM - Parade starts. It will proceed down Pennsylvania Avenue and on to Main St. It will end at on North Center Street across from the Carroll County Office Building.
