Show your support for PFLAG Westminster-Carroll County and your LGBTQ Pride!!
On Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 2 pm in Downtown Westminster, please join PFLAG, the LGBTQ community and their friends and allies for the First Annual Pride March! We will begin in the square across from the Westminster Library at 50 E Main Street at 2 pm. Bring your signs with positive and supportive messages, your rainbow flags, your smiles and energy! We will walk eastbound to Center Street, cross and walk back to Anchor Street, cross and return to where we began.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots when the LGBTQ community in New York City said they’d had enough harassment, arrests, fines, etc and stood up for their rights!!! Let’s show our PRIDE and SUPPORT with a great crowd!!!
